My name is Rani Poli and I am 37 years old. Have worked as an IT consultant at other companies since 2008. After working as an IT consultant for over 12 years, I felt that I wanted to start my own consulting company. I have gathered a lot of skills and experience in various IT systems during the 12 years I worked as a consultant and today I feel that I am so self-sufficient that I can do most things completely myself. I have broad knowledge that allows me to work with several roles within a project. I thrive extra well in more technical roles where you get to help customers come up with solution proposals that make the customer's work process more efficient.
My strengths are that I am very creative and reliable.
I live in Stockholm and work a lot with Swedish customers, but in recent years I have had to work a lot with foreign customers and traveled a lot to countries such as Norway, Finland, Denmark, Australia (Sydney), England and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).

Became employed as an IT consultant at Ascendo. Worked with delivering the invoice management system Ascendo Invoice.
Became employed as an Application Consultant and Project manager at Palette Software AB. Worked with delivering the P2P system PaletteArena.

Started my own consulting company Poli Consulting AB and will continue to work a lot with PaletteArena but also has the opportunity to take on other assignments that can be fun and challenging.
